Violin
Romano Tommasini is the son of Italian parents and grew up in Luxemburg.
He completed his musical studies in 1983 at the CNSM in Paris. After being first concertmaster in the Nancy Orchestra, he became a member of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra in 1989.
In addition he is a member of the Philharmonic String quintet, the Philharmonic Octet and of the Kammerorchester Wien-Berlin and the Philharmonic Camerata.
